Hybrid InfraTech Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions:
The Company: Refers to Hybrid InfraTech.
The Customer: The person or organization for whom the Company agrees to carry out services and/or supply materials.
2. General:
These conditions apply to all goods and services provided by the Company. Placing an order or accepting the Company's quotation or services implies acceptance of these terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Quotations:
Quotations are provided as a firm cost and are valid for acceptance within the specified period. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order and is only bound by written quotations signed by an authorized representative.
4. Materials/Workmanship:
The Company ensures quality workmanship and materials. Specific conditions related to plaster work or other finishes are specified separately and detailed in the individual project agreement.
5. Delivery/Completion:
The Company strives for timely delivery/completion. However, unforeseen delays may occur, and the Company is not liable for any direct or consequential loss due to such delays.
6. Cancellation Rights:
The Customer has cancellation rights as defined by applicable consumer protection regulations, usually within fourteen days of contract agreement, unless urgent work has commenced based on direct request or waiver sign-off.
7. Pricing/Payment:
Prices are subject to standard taxes. Payment terms are defined based on whether an account has been approved for credit. Late payments may incur additional charges and interest.
8. Guarantee and Repair:
Workmanship is guaranteed for a specified period, typically five years, with manufacturer warranties also applicable. The guarantee does not cover misuse, negligence, or alterations not performed by the Company.
9. Complaints Policy:
Customer satisfaction is paramount. The Company has a structured complaints policy to address and rectify any issues promptly.
10. Risk and Title of Goods & Property:
Ownership of goods supplied remains with the Company until full payment. The Customer is responsible for insuring the goods until the title passes to them.
11. Warranty:
The Company assures the quality of installation and parts, typically offering a warranty period of 12 months post-installation for any technical defects.
12. Acceptance of Terms:
By engaging with the Company's services, the Customer agrees to all the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. Formal acceptance may be required through signature or digital acknowledgment.
13. Applicable Law:
The contract will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company operates and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
